SIS Berlin is a private school is financed by a combination of tuition paid by parents and state subsidies. It is important to us that as many families as possible benefit from our bilingual programme. Therefore, we offer the possibility of an income-based school fee reduction.
School Fees Kindergarten – School Year 2024/25
As opposed to our primary and secondary school, the kindergarten of SIS Berlin is financed solely through tuition fees. Therefore, we do not offer income-based kindergarten fees.
School Fees Primary and Secondary School – School Year 2024/25
The monthly school fees cover tuition, study time and supervision from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Attendance is mandatory for primary and secondary school students from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Years 1 to 4), 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (Years 5 to 6), and until 3 p.m. (Years 7 to 13) on Fridays. A shuttle bus is available for a fee.

Income-Based School Fees
SIS strives to make its educational offering accessible to as many families as possible. Therefore, school fees are income based. For more information, please contact the school office.
Sibling Discount
Families who enroll two or more children in grades 1 to 13 and who pay the regular tuition fees, receive a sibling discount of 20%. The reduction is applicable to the fees for the second child and any additional children. Separate sibling discounts apply to the income-based school fees. The one-time entrance fee as well as the fees for the hot lunch programme and other additional services are excluded from this offer.
